Ian Raynor, Managing Director

Ian has more than 25 years experience in the electronics and telecoms industry and is a founding member of Visive. Ian adopts a very hands-on approach to the business and you will find him directly involved in many aspects of the operation. His background is in business studies and engineering and is a Fellow of the IET. Ian also holds a private pilots licence and enjoys taking to the skies whenever possible.

John Scholey, Sales Development Director

With a background in mechanical engineering and construction, John brings his many years of experience in industry to Visive. With a particular skill set in strategy, marketing, sales, and visioning John is responsible for handling and developing new sales leads and enquiries, as well as strategic planning of new product opportunities. In his spare time John can often be found touring the Yorkshire Dales on his motorcycle.

Richard Kitchin, Technical Director

Richard holds a B.Eng (hons) in electronics, and is a member of the IET. Richard has over 15 years experience of electronic and mechanical design, working on projects for clients such as Ericsson, Siemens and BAA. A creative thinker, Richard frequently comes up with 'outside the box' solutions. Richard is a founding member of Visive, and is a regular on the acoustic music circuit around Chester and North Wales with his guitar and vocals.

Sue White, Office Manager

Sue is the friendly face and voice of Visive. She is the first point of contact for all suppliers and clients and makes sure that everyone is greeted with a friendly smile. She keeps everything running along smoothly, handling day-to-day enquiries, as well as chasing payments and developing sales leads. Sue is currently enjoying her first grandchild.

Charles Tweed, Non-executive Director

Charles has substantial industry experience, having previously been managing director of two construction companies and served on the operational board of Mansell plc. Currently Charles is Business Development Director at building property services company Strategic Team Group. Charles brings his particular interest and skills in marketing and business development to Visive.
