The Qube™ is a low-energy modular LED light engine designed for illuminating both indoor and outdoor areas. The Qube™ cleverly produces an extremely bright light with an unusually small footprint. The heat that would normally be associated with a light engine of this size and brightness is dissipated through advanced heat-pipe heat sink technology. The Qube™ can be easily fitted into a host of housings and can be configured to create four distinctive light patterns through state-of-the-art optical technology to put light precisely where it is needed.

Qube

The Qube™ is available in two white color temperatures, 4000K and 5700K. Each Qube module has a remote power supply, which simplifies installation, diagnosis and replacement of the Qube and power supply combination. Multiple Qube modules can be used to achieve the desired light level for any given application.

Qube LED configuration

The LEDs can be configured to produce four distinct photometric light patterns: circular, rectangular (long/short), square and Lambertian* to suit the particular application.

*Lambertian is a radiation pattern where the brightest spot is in the middle and the light level then drops off at a constant rate. This pattern is only used when the Qube is covered with another lens.

Qube heatsink

The unique 'fin' construction effectively dissipates the heat generated by the Qube allowing the unit to be easily fitted into a range of housings. For added safety, the temperature of the LEDs and power supply are monitored by thermal sensors.
