Visive strives to maintain the highest levels of business ethics in all aspects of the business. Our Business Ethics Policy details our approach to business and how it is based on our core set of principles ‘Visive Principles’. These principles encompass areas including the Environment, Human Resources, Supply Chain & Local Communities.
The business has a comprehensive Risk Register which is reviewed by the directors at board meetings.
Visive actively encourage all employees to look for opportunities to reduce waste both in terms of materials and utilities.
The company uses recyclable materials wherever possible throughout the company’s operations and products.
To ensure our customers receive a quality product it is necessary to protect our finished products during shipping but Visive are constantly looking for ways to increase the amount of recyclable and biodegradable materials used in the packaging of our products. As part of this commitment, we have removed plastic from our packing of contour LED tubes.
We recycle our waste wherever possible using a local waste management service.

Visive recognises the value and importance of its employees and considers their welfare as paramount.
Visive has an obligation to ensure all employees are treated equally and without prejudice. Our policies and company handbook have been written to make sure this happens.
We review pay rates ensuring everyone is paid more than the official real Living Wage along with a pay grading structure that recognises an employee’s commitment to improving their job skills. There is an all inclusive bonus scheme system based on the companies financial performance.
Employees are encouraged to actively participate in regular 1-to-1 meeting’s designed to help the business monitor individual’s welfare and morale as well as gain feedback and suggestions for improvement. Furthermore, there are regular team talks and a 6-monthly internal newsletter which provides employees with a retrospective overview of the business, customer overview and our business objectives to meet the strategic plan.
Our policies, procedures and communication channels ensure all employees are kept informed of the company’s activities.
We are committed to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of our employees. Visive hold regular reviews of H&S activities to ensure they remain suitable for our business activities and meet current regulations. The directors review and make recommendations on H&S matters at board meetings.

Visive understand the importance of having a responsible supply chain who take their responsibilities to topics such as human rights, working conditions, H&S and environment seriously.
Where practicable and cost effective Visive will try and source materials and services from local suppliers (within the UK).
Visive strive to supply products that reduce wasted resources and power consumption.
Where possible products use recyclable materials.
