The surface mount ‘pick and place’ machines, enable Visive to meet even the most challenging delivery schedule, whether a requirement is for a fast turnaround prototype or a volume production order. Automated cable preparation and crimping equipment allows it to produce application specific wiring for true ‘plug-and-play’ solutions.

All LED assembled soldered joints are checked, and the fully assembled LED acrylic contour tube is vacuum tested to provide reassurance to both Visive, its partners and customers that products will meet or exceed their lifetime expectations.

Manufacturing and supply services include;

  • Parts procurement;
  • Software design & building of printed circuit boards;
  • Surface mount and conventional component placement;
  • Gear tray assembly;
  • Cable and wiring harness assembly;
  • Conformal coating and potting;
  • Full system-build and assembly;
  • Sonic welding of end caps;
  • Vacuum testing to ensure the assembled contour tube is water tight. This is a bespoke machine to ensure IP66 standard is met;
  • Solder joint checking;
  • All contour tube is bar coded to ensure traceability;
  • Packaging and transportation is tailored to meet customer or local territory requirements
