Visive launches new support pages

support section

At Visive, we are obsessed with quality and safety and are constantly striving to improve our customer care experience.

To this end, we have recently launched a new support section on our website covering site surveys, installation and training videos.

It is vitally important customers understand how best to install LED contour / border tube to ensure the highest performance standard is applied and we believe these pages will greatly assist in this.

The new support section is designed to ensure surveyors, estimators, purchasing and installation personnel are well informed and confident with Visive’s quality LED contour tube products.

Richard Kitchin, Visive’s Technical Engineering Director, has recorded a series of ‘Tech Talks’ and the first of these is available in our support section or on our YouTube channel

These ‘Tech Talks’ are supported by an online test for installation companies, to ensure their installation engineers are competent and confident at installing and maintaining the Visive LED contour / border tube products.

At Visive, we build safety into our products and solutions right from the start and that is why Visive customers can relax, safe in the knowledge that our patented Current Sensor Circuit (CSC) is continuously monitoring our border/contour tube products and will remove the low-voltage supply should a fault be detected either in the product or in its installation.

Visive is a leading global designer and manufacturer of LED contour / border tubing and has been delivering innovative quality lighting solutions to an international customer base for 20-years. The company’s full range of LED contour / border tubes can be found on service stations, fast-food restaurants, shopping malls, hotels and leisure complexes around the world.
