Hi-Lite™30 is a proven linear lighting solution for buildings, structures and branded environments. For more than 20 years, our LED contour tube has helped companies create clean, consistent illumination across sites around the world.
Brands in retail, service stations, fast-food restaurants, casinos and leisure sectors use Visive products to add visual impact to their locations. The system helps outline architectural features, highlight brand colours and improve the appearance of buildings after dark.
Hi-Lite™30 uses a 30mm diameter extruded acrylic tube. Each standard section measures 2.4m, or 7’10 ½”.
The tube fixes to the base structure using durable polycarbonate clips. Installers can then connect multiple sections to create long, continuous runs. This makes the product suitable for fascia lines, building outlines, entrance features, canopy details and other linear lighting applications.
All cabling and connections sit behind the tube sections. This keeps the installation neat and helps create a clean, professional finish with no visible wiring.
Hi-Lite™30 includes a Field Adjustable Section. This gives installers more flexibility during installation, as they can cut sections on site to suit the project.
This feature helps reduce installation challenges where dimensions vary or where a precise finish is required. It also supports faster fitting and easier alignment across longer runs.
Visive designs Hi-Lite™30 for commercial environments where reliability, appearance and consistency matter. The product provides a robust solution for customers who need dependable illumination across single sites or large estates.
For projects that need remote control, dimming, scheduling or monitoring, Hi-Lite™30 can also work alongside V-Connect. This gives operators greater control over when lighting operates and how brightly it runs.

We design and manufacture all Hi-Lite™ and Hi-Brow™ border tubes at our headquarters in Wrexham, UK.
Our in-house manufacturing process gives us greater control over product quality, consistency and project support. It also allows us to work closely with customers on brand-led lighting requirements, custom applications and estate-wide rollouts.

Hi-Lite™30 Classic is the premium product in our extensive range of LED illuminated contour tube. It features different coloured Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) as its light source and is available in 4 standard colours providing an intense, vibrant and pure colour.

Visive LED contour products deliver high levels of energy efficiency, with power consumption as low as 1W per metre in selected configurations.
We use high-quality LED chips with excellent efficacy and strong L70 performance values. This helps support long-term reliability, consistent illumination and reduced energy use across commercial lighting installations.
For projects that require greater control, Visive lighting products can also work with V-Connect.
V-Connect allows operators to schedule lighting, adjust brightness levels and ensure products only operate when illumination is required. This helps reduce unnecessary energy consumption while maintaining the intended visual impact of the installation.
V-Connect is powered by Sygnest, the smart infrastructure platform developed to monitor, manage and optimise connected lighting and assets.
When combined with our patent-pending Smart CSC, V-Connect can make Visive installations even more efficient, more controllable and easier to manage across single sites or wider estates.

We use high-quality LEDs from established global manufacturers, including Osram, Nichia, Broadcom and Samsung. These components help support consistent performance, reliable illumination and long-term product stability.
Our approach is backed by real-world performance. Visive installations have remained operational for close to 20 years, demonstrating the durability of our products when correctly specified, installed and maintained.
We also carry out extended in-house testing on key components. This helps us verify supplier data, assess long-term performance and ensure our products meet the standards required for commercial and estate-wide lighting projects.
Hi-Lite™30 & Hi-Brow™ 30 are cool and safe to touch, perfect for public areas.
Power Supply Units (PSUs) are IP67 rated for outdoor installation and are fitted with our unique Patented [EP1479271] ‘Current Sense Circuit’ (CSC) system as standard; the CSC constantly monitors the health of an installation and in the unlikely event of a fault being detected, the low-voltage supply will be removed. Whilst the CSC is a safety feature, it can also assist with troubleshooting and will provide information to the user on the type of fault.
A true plug-and-play system. All our tube products are quick and easy to install. The unique Click-in-Clips are pre-drilled and hold sections securely in place whilst being discreetly hidden out of sight behind the tubes. Integrated connection wires, terminated with IP67 rated connectors, allow tubes to be daisy-chained into longer runs.
The low power requirements, coupled with constant-current drive technology, minimises the number of power supplies required for each installation. This reduces the time and cost for the installer when fixing and connecting the tubes.
The robust tubes come in a standard length of 2400mm (7’9”) and 1200mm (3’9”) and can be cut on site at 50mm (2”) intervals. Full details of the installation process are given in our installation guide, and ‘Tech talk’ video clips, available on YouTube, which provide more detail on specific aspects, such as the process of cutting tubes to length, or the operation of the CSC system.
Hi-Lite™30 & Hi-Brow™30 tubes are factory sealed with endcaps fixed by an advanced ultra-sonic welding process. They are then individually tested to ensure they are fully weatherproof and ready to provide a long, maintenance free, life.
All products are covered by a 5-year warranty.
Hi-Lite™30 & Hi-Brow™30 tubes are manufactured in the UK from recyclable materials. The impact modified PMMA (acrylic) used for the extruded profile features inherently superior UV performance when compared to polycarbonate or PVC alternatives. The colour pigments used are all rated at the maximum 8 on the blue wool scale, ensuring resistance to fading.
A standard range of vibrant colours is available, but it is also possible to match a customer’s specific corporate brand design. Whether unilluminated in the daytime or lit at night the coloured identity is maintained when using our Hi-Lite™30 products.
By the careful design and specification of the LEDs inside the tube, and the use of unique diffusing additives in the extrusion itself, a consistent linear illumination effect is achieved without the localised hot spots seen on many inferior products.
All Hi-Lite™30 & Hi-Brow™30 products can be pulsed adding movement at no additional cost.
